If you keep the glass in paint them in a stained glass look, treat the wood for outdoors and use them as a focal point in your garden
You could use them like a picture frame. They would make a nice stain glass picture to put up on the wall.
Reuse the doors as picture frames, replace the glass or back it with an interesting fabric, decorative sheet metal, paper, or painted canvas, and then hang the frames staggered going up a stairway or in another interesting configuration on wall. Or add a small frame to the backs for more depth and insert rope or string lighting to add back lighting. Or hinge the doors to shelving and create shallow wall shelving behind them. You could also recess the shelving between wall studs and create recessed cabinets. I think I may open up my china cabinet too, I could use those doors!
One thing that is so very popular with re-purposed windows is to tape family photos on the inside of the glass. These would be very pretty hung horizontally. Or you can put in chicken wire which you have sprayed gold or copper, attach standoffs to hold it away from the wall and use them to hold scarfs and jewelry in your closet.
