Has anyone thought about making roll-up blinds from pool noodles?

I cant see that working on a larger window. I would think it would sag in the middle. You could try putting a piece of dowel or a old broom handle whatever you have to add some support.

Where were you putting them? I agree with Anita regarding the sagging. Unless you make it Like the mini boonds. You would have to cut pool noodles in half lengthwise and stack them. Run cording (after dividing it into fourths lengthwise) I would say 4 cords to pull up so it would be even. Does this make sense to you. If someone has an easier way of explaining this please jump in.

With some clever crafting I am sure you could. If you decide to go forward with the project, you should document your process and post in the project section. I guarantee lots of people would be very interested!

I have an idea of what I'm going to do. Just have o gget the supplies and give it a shot. Ill try to get puctures while I'm creating and pist them to his sight. I may need help with the post because I'm not very computer savvy.
