Cut the tops off at various sizes and use for funnels. Use the bottom parts for planting of starter plants for your vegetable or flower gardens. Store bird seed in them, the spout is handy for pouring. Wash thoroughly and store water in them for emergencies or for traveling, camping. picnics, or family gatherings. Fill and put them in your freezer for future use. Add lemonade, juice or Kool-Aid, freeze and your drinks are already made. Decorate with contact paper, cut and use the bottoms for serving snacks. Go wild and think of more uses!

Almost fill them with water. Line your driveway or walk with them when you are expecting company. Crack a light stick and drop one or two light sticks in each one for hours of colored light. Light sticks can be found at Dollar Tree, with 1-5 sticks in each pkg. Even if the pkg. says Bracelet, a bracelet works just the same. 😇

I have seen jugs used in combination with Christmas lights outside. Cut two slits in the threaded part of the jug. Place a light in each jug putting the wire thru the slits and put the cap back on. You can put rocks or sand in the jugs to keep them in place. When you plug the string of lights in, the jug magnifies the light. You can line your house with them or even your front porch. It's the same idea as a luminaria.

You can purchase a small water pump and create a custom water fountain. :) Good Luck!
