That's so funny! I have seen some aweful things, a coin purse was one. What my mom does, is cut them up in squares that are about the size of 4 postage stamps. She then uses the gathered pieces to stuff draft stops. She mixes it with fiberfill and fabric scraps.

Launder them and offer them to a lactating mother. The thin pads leak so badly when you are at work all day. Many workplaces don't have nice lounges for pumping. Best wishes 😇

In Europe you can get pot holders the size of shoulder pads. When I took my shoulder pads off my jacket, I sewed one side together & left an opening. This is good for pots like

cooking pasta & also for tea pots.

I had some many years ago. Used them for nursing pads. I have also attached Velcro and made knee pads for cleaning my floors by hand.

use them on the bottom part of your bras to perk up your boobs
