Absolutely! Does your trash collector provide you with separate bins? Where I live, we each have 3 bins - trash, green waste, recycle items. On the inside of the lid the "acceptable" items are printed in case someone doesn't know. There is no way for me to save every box, can, jar, etc., that enters my household. Everything I can't use automatically gets tossed into the recycle bin. Where I work, we have recycle bins tere too and it is a huge office building.
If they're suitable for moving (sturdy and the right size), you could give them away to someone who's moving. Just place an ad on Craigslist or similar.
In my area, we have "freecycle.org". Post on the site that you have boxes and someone who needs them will snap them up. You do not deliver, just put them on a porch or driveway and they will be gone.
You could post an add on craigs list. There's always someone in need of moving boxes. They aren't cheap and you never seem to have enough.
