How about cutting down to coaster size? Or cut in strips to wrap around a glass candle holder with a bit of rope or string for a nautical look?
my dad took ceramic tile and glued/caulked them to a cork board square...used it to set his ash tray on. When he passed, I took them for trivet.
How about a photo collage of different shapes and sizes or a large yearly calendar
Put in picture frames you like and you can hang them in your bedroom on the wall, door or closet door and put your jewelry on them. One for earrings, one for necklaces, one for bracelets, or multiples for each. Cork squares can be used for a multitude of things once your imagination kicks in. You can even use them as backdrop in pictures if you have small items you wan to display in frames, like coins, belt buckles, keys, shells, etc.
My mom did the above idea for her jewelry . When I moved out , I took it a step further and covered it with a pretty fabric . I used hat pins to hang jewelry , photos , whatever .
