old windows are so versatile! I've painted them and decorated them with kids' names and little details to match bedroom themes, I have used one to make a coffee table by making a box with a bottom and sides and used the window as the top. Right now I am currently finding some to make a greenhouse .

I would and have, decoupaged it. You cut out pictures from paper (magazines, patterns, wall paper, gift wrap, etc. etc.) put Elmers glue on front of image, put image on back of glass. Let dry then either paint or put some kind of backing on glass item. In this case I used old grass wall paper. Decoupage means to cut out a picture of something and apply it to a surface.
