What has replacing the door got to do with the stucco exterior? Measure your door, go buy a new one, buy hinges (if you are not reusing the old ones), buy new handset and locks and install. An exterior door needs to swing inside the residence. Are you doing this yourself or hiring out?
I would just get the whole door replaced. They come with the frame. Have someone hang the door for you unless you can do it yourself. It will most likely need some adjustments.
Below is a website that may help you figure out how to do this

There are probably different ways to accomplish the change of the door depending on if your jambs are still goood, but typically you would measure accurately, then purchase a door and jamb (frame) that will fit within the size of the door opening of your home. Wish you the best of luck. Probably a job for an experienced door hanger because it needs to be level and adjusted very well in order to work well and be safe.
