I use a bamboo rollup shade for my bay window that barely has any angle to it, so I just used one shade over the whole window. I didn't want to go with drapes since our dogs like to get up on the six inch window sill. I can roll it up to keep the glare off the TV and still allow them to have plenty of height to let them watch the world go by.
Here is some information for you on making a blind for a large window. I know that when we were first married, we had a large picture window, and we put 2 bamboo shades together, sewed them and added some pretty trim on the seams on the outside, and on the seams at each panel. They were lovely and used them for many years. Also take a look at the links I have provided. I am sure whatever you do will look great. Would love to see them if you ever get a chance to post them. Merry Christmas to you!!

Your can order multiple binds on one header for large windows
I do it all the time.
I have seen roman blinds on large windows and they look great. If you can sew you could make them. I prefer them to old fashioned blinds. Good luck.
