Welcome Home For Christmas: My Front Porch #HomeforChristmas

I am so excited to be a part of Hometalk and Country Living's Home for Christmas blog hop!! My goal for this project was to bring the Christmas outside to welcome everyone inside! To create a cozy Christmas front porch, I began by using 3 scarves that I picked up at GoodWill. I sewed these together to make a tree garland.
Adding a fresh cut tree in a galvanized tub, I wrapped my tree with my new scarf garland.
Then I added fresh greens and tied them to an antique sled. To compliment the plaid scarf garland, I added a plaid bow to the swag of greens on the sled and also to my door wreath.
A wooden box also got a swag of fresh greens along with a wooden gold star.
Pillows on my outdoor chair and a cheeky metal sign to my tree completed my Christmas porch!
