Artistic Reuse For Old Tires

Great project from my friend Carol Brady...a reuse project made by her father using and old tire. Helping to save the planet, one old tire at a time, through art !
This below is how Carol describes the project :
Carol Brady I don't really have any other than what I posted. I would imagine step one is clean the snot out of it so to speak. Then cut it out and whatever paint would adhere best to rubber. Oil based paints take a long time to dry but the don't peel like acrylics. So some sort of oil based paint and maybe a clear top coat of some sort. And you might need some artistic talent
