Could you put a wire on top to hang then as a ornement?

Before you start your outline paint, take a Christmas ornament wire (you can buy them un packages at the hardware store, drugstore or even a grocery store once they get out their Christmas stuff). Reshape or mold the wire to fit over the top of the bulb. Use a really good gel type of super glue and glue the wire to the top of the balloon. When the glue is completely dry you can paint on the lines, let dry and then fill in the squares with glass paint. It would really be fun to paint a oerson or child's name in the colorful glass sections.

Dunno wut they used. But u can use regular acrylic black paint and mix with white Elmer’s glue. Mix in the glue bottle and paint it right onto the bulb out of the bottle. U can use CLEAR Elmer’s glue and mix ur colors u want in small dishes and paint them on with a brush.
