Moroccan Nightstands

A client asked me for a pair of nightstands for her bedroom, which she described as a moroccan style. I was enthusiastic about it because I thought of brilliant colors and nice patterns.
I chose these nightstands for the work. However, when we started talking about colors in her room, she said there was a huge Moroccan tapestry hanging on the wall, but in neutral colors. So she wanted the nightstands neutral as well. I considered the task carefully and decided relief was the only thing that could give me a Moroccan look, if it was not the color.
I gathered as many stencils as I could with something connected to Moroccan style, and started work.
The upper part of the tables would have a central circle. I used wood icing with the stencils creating a raised effect, a relief.
And for the rest I used this classical Asian pattern.
A different pattern for the large drawers
and another for al the frames.
Painted all parts white, rubbed dark wax on it and at the end sanded so that the white appeared again on raised areas.
These were the original drawer pulls. I wanted to add some color here, so I painted them with acrylics mixed with a bakeable medium
The medium is a product originally used to paint on porcelain. You mix it with paint and after 24 hours, bake it for some minutes, and you have a permanent enamel.
And this is the final result!
Moroccan nightstands in neutral color!

Exactly what I was looking for for a dresser redo. It should cover up the imperfections. Thanks!
