A Dining Room Makeover - Room Reveal

The Dining Room Makeover is finally here…it’s been a long time coming (and just in time for the holidays)!
The dining room was nearly complete when we decided to begin a backyard project…which turned the dining room window into a french door and created more work for us.
The dining room BEFORE the makeover screamed “built in the late 60’s!” I knew right away this was going to change.

I started by taking out everything except the cabinets across the bottom and built a wooden countertop.
Next we added chalkboard paint, shelves, curtains, and fun decor to create my Dream Coffee Bar!
I painted a dining table to match the theme of the dining room and the wooden countertop. And I’m excited to have it decorated with some festive DIY decor this holiday season!
Some pretty succulents, burlap, and bells help make the room feel festive.
It’s been a fun journey…and fun to look back on what it was and how far it has come! Once an outdated dining room…
...to a fresh, new, dining room. I hope you've enjoyed the reveal! ...on to the kitchen makeover!
