I would call anyone that sells them and ask if they do repairs. Google for "window treatment" in your city. In my area, the smaller independent places are happy to help. Hope this gets you started.
You can make your own! Check out all these great options-http://www.hometalk.com/b/6975060/diy-roman-shades
Take them down. Look at the way the cording is. First measure each piece of cord. Then undo old cord at the bottom, tie on new cord and pull the old cord through until you have pulled enough new cord to finished length of old cord, should be about the length of blind. Then undo old cord. You will see that you have now corded up one. Now repeat with other cords, until you have all new cord attached. Put up again letting blind drop. Hold cords together, thread on the toggle or stopper. Tie knot and slip inside toggle. You can adjust length before knotting. What have you got to lose by trying to do things for yourself. Tip.Measure cord twice first, cut once , make sure blind is fully down before cutting cord when up.
Thank you very much.
Thanks

Hunter Douglas has a lifetime guarantee on their Roman blinds. All you have to do is Google their contact info and make the call. I was responsible for mailing them to their factory, but they fixed mine for free and shipped them back to me. It's worth checking what brand you have.
You're welcome! I had a few minutes and it took my mind off of work, lol.
Hopefully something in one of those links will be beneficial.
