Found this wooden tool caddy that someone was throwing away so I quickly grabbed it up! NOW friends are trying to grab it from my house
So here is the before....I was hoping the stain would cover up
So I went to my local craft store and picked up a few things like a pack of wooded candle holders(5 in pack) and 2 wooden decorative pieces (1 per pack) that were half off
Using wood glue to place the wooden pieces on the side of the tool caddy and using some leftover paint and putting on 2 coats
So here's where the candle holders come in I flipped the caddy upside down using my wood glue and four of the holders I placed one on each end using them as feet for the caddy...all most finished
So here it is..... with a little distressing and going over it with antique wax. ... not only does it hold my little bottles of spices but there's also room for my cutting boards and rolling pin or what ever I choose to put in it!
And this is why my Friends are trying to grab it!! Having fun with Eve's Saturday Projects
