The best way would be to remove their food source.
No positive or proven but try food grad diatomaeous earth all around.

Share your thoughts!you are so lucky to have frogs, it means your property is healthy. Don't get rid of them they are precious creatures!
I agree with Janet P. I dont so much mind them except when they are perched over the door...I have to go in or out, and they jump!! I know they are little tree frogs but I put D Earth over my doors. It does'nt kill them, they just dont go there. They sit up there at nite becuz I keep my lights on....so they look for food!!
