Purslane is edible, the seeds are meant to help and support brain function, too. It is sort of slimy, like okra, and tastes mildly herbal like parsley. I don't love it, but I've heard of people eating it in something like a quesadilla or toasted sandwich.
"Purslane is a tasty, easy-to-grow "weed," and a rich source of omega-3s."

Purslane is also high in vitamin C. It also makes a good bedtime tea
Yes, indeed! Enjoy!
yes. It makes an excellent potato soup, with onions and olive oil. Separate the fleshy leaves from the stalks and add, with 3-4 spoons of good olive oil, to the potato puree 5 to 8 minutes before shutting off the fire. Also eat them raw in tomato salads or green salads, in small amounts.
