maybe a slide out cutting board? or flip up table. I am thinking like they have in some campers to give you extra counter space when you need it.
Do you have a place where you can put a baker's rack? I recently went modern on my small appliances that now come in different colors and display them on a baker's rack.
Do you have any walls that you can put up shelving for open storage? Any space above your kitchen cabinets?
I store mine on a shelf above my fridge and i use a step stool to get it down when I need it.
If you don't use it every day, put it away, if you don't use it once a month, get rid of it
join the club--i store my toaster in a kitchen cabinet as well. trying to keep clutter off the counter.
