Maybe lattice and miniature lights.
Because the lights may attract mosquitoes, citronella candles may help
If you don't want a lot of holes in the vinyl, I second the Command Hooks.
Hello Deb; If I were working on your porch, I would use lattice with fairy lights. If you wish, You could purchase or make a 'tree' using large vines or large twigs.
I would cover the tree with fairy lights, and place it in a corner.
It would look really nice to have candles in holders on tables. You can purchase small candles and holders at a Dollar Tree, or another type of store.
A wreath would look nice, and you can decorate it with the colors that you have chosen.
Tableware in matching colors would make a nice touch as well.
If you wish, you can add throws, in chairs as well as table clothes, runners or placemats.
I hope I have given you ideas!!! Take Care!
Any sort of lighting will enhance your space. How about installing cup hooks? I used them all over the place - for my holiday lights too. The link is for example only. They come in stainless, bronze, copper, bright gold and even plastic coated. Any hardware or home improvement store will have a variety of sizes to choose from. Good luck!

Funny you should ask about this as we are in the process of redoing our double side porches. I have always loved to decorate this space and usually change it up each summer. We live in Maine so seashells often feature in my decor. Here are some pics from the past scatty eight years!
Welcome!
