It should slide out one side. There may be a removable cap at one end that you can remove to slide it out.
Take the door off at the hinges. Take a piece of the old sweep with you to find the proper replacement and take photos too on your phone. The people in the plumbing department will be able to help you out!
Look really closely. There may be a couple of small screws holding the door sweep in place. If so, they're likely on the inside of the shower. You may also have done the right thing but it could be stuck in place lol.
Try some cleaner that's safe for the materials that will: break down old soap scum, hair, etc. IF you can, pour some baking soda along where the aluminum meets the glass. Then, slowing (maybe with a basting thingie??) add white vinegar. It's foam and sizzle but is GREAT at dissolving said biological stuff.
Try again! :)
There is silicon glue holding it on.
It usually slides out on one side.
