Keep your Mind Active even if you cant keep your body going............
I think having a hobby, like everyone on here who does diy, upcycling, painting, etc. I work part time subbing and have 3 kids, so having a hobby that is just mine and gives me relaxation and an outlet for my creativity is great for my mental and emotional health!

I have a full time job and my mother lives with us, I try to keep my own "sanity" by making sure I have a little "me" time at the end of the day to paint or do some other craft for an hour or so. It might drag out a project but I also think they come out better when I don't rush.
I truly believe your wellness starts with your own mind. Start the day by inviting only good things into your life. Know great things are happening for you and BELIEVE it!
I try to be forgiving of all my faults and not so hard on myself when I have let myself down. If I am unable to accept imperfections in myself, it is very difficult to see the world in a positive light. It has helped me greatly in being more accepting of others and I have stopped being so judgemental all the time, making me a much happier person in life. My friends and family have all noticed the difference.
Make a bucket list and dream big...then try to do some of them "just because"...the more challenging the better---- you've earned it so enjoy it.
