Get some Lilly Miller Moss Out in the bottle you attach to your hose, and spray it down. It will die, you might have to use a stiff brush to remove the dead stuff if its thick.
Spray it with bleach or vinegar and then try to keep the moisture away. If it's a spot that is always in shade & moist, you can string a piece of copper or zinc across and that will keep moss from growing.
Patty B., Good Afternoon :) The only way I know to kill moss is by using bleach, so I did some checking around and that seems to be the standard from what I've seen. Here aer a few links that I hope will be of some help to you:

Thanks for using Hometalk :)
Power wash it and then let it dry.
Acid, such as vinegar gets rid of just about any plant.
I'd add a cup of salt to a gallon of vinegar in a sprayer then spray the entire wall. Let set. Power wash it off. You could spray it again once the wall is dry to ensure the moss dies. It's a great weed killer. Best of luck.
I like moss on concrete, gives a nice softer, aged appearance.
Lol my dogs want to eat so removal is a must .
That is a lot of vinegar when the wall is 120’ x 4’.
I used work next door to a pest control company and they used caustic soda.
