Clean out the track real good, and get some graphite, and spray it in the track, I use Lock-EZ and it is dark so put down a towel over the run next to track. If that doesn't do it, then the wheels on doors are worn and need to be replaced. Its not really a DIY job.
If you can, take the doors out and clean the bottoms real well and clean the tracks real well, this should help you some. I know my dad sprayed something on the track, but I never did find out what.
try WD40 on the tracks
I would take the door off and clean the tracks. Then add WD40 when putting it back up.
rub wax across the tracks.
Clean the tracks thoroughly and inspect the wheels. Often the tiny plastic wheels break over time and need replacing.
WD-40 in the grooves top and bottom
I would first remove the door and clean the tracks very well. Then when putting it back in use WD40.
