Hi Shirley. I take a light weight wire, and string them on right above the stem. The wire makes it easy to do. Then I make loops on the ends of the wires and hang them up in the kitchen.
Since I have no place to string mine, I just use bakers cooling racks and cheesecloth. I dry all my jalapenos, thai chili peppers, cayenne, etc this way.
