some one gave me a oak hutch just like this but do I want to paint it, it matches my dining table it is oak too

I would say paint one of the pieces. Probably the hutch since it will take up the most space visually. And then maybe just paint the base of the oak table and leave the top and chairs oak. Then you have updated your look and not everything is so matchy matchy.
