Ikea sells a really cool curtain track that attaches to your ceiling and panels to hang from it. They have lots of colors and printed panels to choose from. You could build a "wall" in front of your bed.

Staple the bottom hem of a king size flat sheet to the ceiling. That should provide you with privacy. Best wishes 😇

One way is by placing bookcases facing the living room side. Use the back like a wall and hang pictures or even hooks for clothes. Another if you don't have bookcases and can't afford them is hang a king sized sheet to divide the space.

If you're renting, get a folding screen. Or mount a decorative curtain rod on the ceiling and hang drapes.

Or, if you don't expect to ever need to move the divider, get some 72" tall bookcases and paint the backs of them in an accent color. The up side to the bookcase approach: lots of extra storage!! The down sides: they'd be easy to tip so you'd need to load the lower shelves with heavy stuff (decorative boxes of old books or magazines, for example), and they would block natural light from reaching the other side of the apartment.
