Speak with your estate agent, the rest should be good enough. You can put down a pretty rug that you take with you. If it becomes an issue you can offer a credit of $1,000 (or whatever your agent suggests, I got away with $800 on one sale), towards a new floor. You notice the floor because you live there and do not care for it. As long as it is sparkling clean, nicely decorated and in good shape, chances are no one will care.
You could always paint the tile, either a solid color or stenciled pattern. (There's a stencil project DIY here: http://www.hometalk.com/diy/paint/i-painted-and-stenciled-my-ceramic-tile-30107044 ).

Floor paint should do the job.
Since you are selling and don't want to spend more money. Go with what you have. Get a pretty rug that matches, dish towels, plant etc. embrace the color and then the floor will not stand out.
