I need a fabric stiffener that is weather resistant. Any ideas?
I created a fabric wreath and have tried two different brands of fabric stiffeners that have failed, any help appreciated.

One idea would be to collect wood pallets from businesses, they are free, here are some diys for building pallet shelves:

You could also cover boxes (from amazon, bulk foods, etc) in either shelf liner or fabric to create decorative storage:

How about making your own?
walmart has large wooden crates for a little over 9 dollars. You could get some of those and stack them
the cd's and DVD' s can be digitalized and stored on a computer or jump drive. Frees up a lot of space on the book shelf. There is software to get it done. There are digital players like a mica or a ruku to put them on your tv screen. The books...I've got about 700 tucked away on a hard drive. There are web sites that will let you read a book from your computer screen, or down load for free. The cookbooks...copy the recipes that look inviting to a " blank" book...or note paper in a binder. I don't of anyone who has made each recipe in a cook book. Takes a bit time to get it all done....but worth it.
