What' should I do restore my garden after Hurricane Irma tore it up?

There are services to help homeowners and seniors, let me dig some, frankly all the money raised, or donated for the hurricane survivors, I sometimes wonder where the money really goes . . .

So sorry to hear this! Do you belong to a church or other group or local organization? Maybe they can put you in contact with someone willing to help. I imagine the first step would be to remove all the debris before insects and mold and mildew take over. Good luck and stay safe!

Family members or Local Volunteers ..............

Look to local schools or Scout groups and ask them if they might be interested in a community project of helping people revitalize people's yards. Our local school has a group that does community service by raking leaves this time of year. Another group does clean-up at the forest preserves, but expanded into helping flood victims in the area clean up around their homes.

I feel for you. Is it a really large are? What was there before? Have you gotten help clearing out the hurricane debris?

Some jurisdictions require students to give 40 or more hrs. or community service for graduation free. Call local schools and ask if they can help you.
