Open cabinet for dishes above the sink

I am looking for a rack that would span between the upper cabinets and above the sink. the plates should be vertical and perpendicular to the wall. This would allow easy access to the plates (for two people), an area to air dry without taking up counter space. And would be need to complement the cabinets. (no metal racks)

The new strong , Command hooks in clear, blend with the walls and does not hurt them. Or you could use "industrial strength Velcro". You can pull them down/use/and reattach!
command hooks are way off the mark... through further digging of Sandra's link, I found bystephanielynn.com I found what I was looking for. There are many other storage ideas on that site as well. Thank You Sandra. It got me closer.
