Buy a new fig tree.
It can take 3 to 5 years or more to bear fruit. Can also be a watering problem, i.e. lack of enough water or a soil issue. Here is a link to help you figure it out. I have 3 in my yard, 2 fruitinf and another one that may fruit next year.

Figs do not like too much nitrogen, which is what people put on most lawns and plants. They will not bear fruit if they are fed too much nitrogen. Also there are minerals they do need for nutrition. They need potassium and calcium, magnesium, manganese and other minerals. I grind up egg shells and potassium with old coffee grounds to feed plants that need minerals similar to the fig trees. Hope this helps. You can feed it now and during the winter, but be sure to feed it in early spring! Hope this helps.
