Are we talking about pots like cooking pots? If so try the neighbor hood Goodwill, or another resale shop. Even yard sales might be a good spot to look. I use Craigslist to look for free or cheap items. Check it out it doesn't costs anything to look.

Cooking pots? Plant pots? Yard sales, garage sales, thrift shops, second hand stores. If you are looking for plant pots, just keep your eyes open wherever you go and wherever you shop. One place in my area sells "seconds" dirt cheap. Nothing wrong with them other than the glazing might be drippy, inconsistent color, etc. When I need a pot, I start there first. I found the place by just keping my eyes open. It is a small mom and pop establishment and they do not have a website.
Garden pots and landscape timbers
Most second hand stores have used pots and pans. Garage sales are also a good source of used pots. Look in the local papers and online on media places such as Facebook that have groups for your town and state.
Thrift stores, Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, garage or tag sales.....
