Those plants require a lot of sun. Colors change with minerals in soil.
Pink likes a neutral Ph. The blue needs more acidic soil. If it doesn't have enough acid and is more base the blue turns to pink. Have your soil around your Hydrangeas checked at your local extension office and they will be able to tell you what amending to do and how much. Do follow the directions carefully so you don't OD the soil and harm your plant.
Just go to your local garden store and ask for something to turn your hydrangeas blue.

My hydrangea grows so full but doesn’t bloom. What is my problem
This spring in the Northeast, we had a late freeze, my buds were all destroyed and I had no flowers this year. If this cold snap happens again next year, I’ll cover my plants.
You need to feed it with Hollytone
All of the above and also, they grow buds on old wood.
I feed my hydrangea with my coffee grindstone and they turned from pink to blues
I'm so sorry, the computer tried to help me by adding the word "stone" after I had written the word "coffee " glad you knew that I mean grinds.
I had the same problem last year with all 8 of my hydrangeas, some plants didn't bloom at all and the ones that did only had 1-5 blooms on them...if you cut them back at the end of the season you could be cutting off the buds for the next year, or if you have a late freeze that could have been the culprit. One last thing if you cut off blooms last season you might have cut off the buds for this year a.anyhow if I where you I wouldn't cut the plants back this year and also if there's going to be a late freeze be sure to cover them up...by the way all of mine where full of blooms this year...good luck and hope this helps...
Somebody once told me to place rusty nails around the base of the plant..but be careful to remember they are there!
Mine didn't bloom until very late this year also . You have to feed them with a fertilizer for plant that like acid for them to bloom with the blue blossoms
