Landscaping on the outside. Install real steps, or have wood ones built. If it is older, and paneled - paint the paneling.
Instead of traditional skirting, use brick or stone, add a porch, esp one that runs the length of the house.

My neighbor has a double wide and it looks like any other house because they put shrubs and flower beds around the front. It covers all the undercage of the trailer.

Depending on your budget, paint works wonders, new windows and front door when you can, absolutely a new brick or wooden staircase will enhance the entrance, new exterior lights are a start as well. Definitely update the 'skirting' if you can. Landscaping with mulch and shrubs will spruce things up too. Plenty of budget friendly options for you. Best of luck.

Extend the central roof line forward to form a covered porch. Raise floor to height of door and form full width steps down to ground. Plant Shrub borders either side and under and along line of home. Add a Fence and a Gate. Planters and a Bench on Porch should do the trick.
