Go to your local nursery or hardware store. There are specialty sprays just for this common problem.
Black spot is a fungus. Use a systemic rose care by Bayer
Spray with Fungicide
You don't entirely. But pick off all affected leaves and trash, don't let them fall on the ground since the fungus spreads that way. They don't seem to hurt the flowers but are unsightly. Fungicide works but if you have not too many I would not use it. Why poison the environment?

black spot is propagated by water drops on leaves in sunlight. Perhaps your watering schedule is in need of adjustment.
