Two-buck Chuck from Trader Joe's--not only afordable but also good! How about putting on its side up and down to hold rolled up mazines or fill with soil for a planter
Roll towels and place them in there. Magazine or newspaper rack too.

Would be pretty to roll up different color towels or all the same color towels that match your bathroom decor.
You can spray paint it a pretty color to match your bathroom and then use it to store toiletries like hairspray and shampoo bottles, etc.
One-liter soda bottles. Towels sound good.
Place colored card stock in each wine space to create a floor. Then store two rolls of toilet paper in each space you want. Use the other spaces to store many bathroom electronics. In my house for use by my granddaughters: 3 sizes of curling irons, one hair straightener, one curling brush, two blow dryers, and an electric shaver for hubby. If someone might put something away hot, just glue a sheet of aluminum foil to card stock for several spaces. And, of course, you could store towels, baskets of cosmetics and toiletries, and extra shampoo, toothpaste, and sundries. You have a whole cabinet in that big wine rack. Best wishes 😇💞
I have one in my kitchen that I use to store a variety of vinegars. I use many different types of vinegar in cooking. I have the vinegar stored in decorative wine bottle-like bottles. Storing the vinegar this way frees up space in the pantry and also allows me to see how much or how little vinegar is in each bottle. Each bottle is labeled on its neck so I don't confuse one type from another.
I have a similar one of these also. I turned it upside down and placed LED or Solar Candles standing upright. Looks nice on a table top! You can also decorate with flowers, leaves, ribbons, etc. for each Holiday.
I turned mine on it's side and store thermos bottles, water bottles, very.
Fill it! ...lol
Wow. Pretty! You can roll towels and put them in it, large at the bottom and several small rolled hand and wash cloths as you go toward the top, and use it for display in your guest bath.
