I would paint it in aqua and seal it with a poly spray (weatherproof). It the seat is rotted, I would set a big clay or plastic pot with a hole for drainage, in the seat or in the hole in the seat. I might decoupage a picture of a rose at the top. The chair would sit in my front yard, with the neighbor’s two coral Adirondack chairs next door. 😇💞
