First try to determine how they are getting in. Then repair or fix that so no more can get in. If they are getting in there is a good chance other things are too.
Call an exterminator for an inspection to see where and how they are entering your home, then plug up all the holes. Here are some links to help you out!

I too had a millipede situation. Never did figure out where they were coming in. I used an Ortho pest control spray available in stores locally and sprayed the perimeter of my house at the corner of the walls and walkways. It has worked very well. I was also advised to treat the same area with borax powder sprayed on dry from a pointed plastic bottle. (As found in dollar stores ) . Although these pesky guys are harmless they do get on your nerves.
We had the same problem. Found that the siding hid a termite problem. The area was moist which attracted other vermin. We had to hire professionals. The kitchen base cabinets hid the entrance.
check your foundation...mine is brick (half way up) and the mortar was loose. Once sealed - we had one more week of these pests (probably already halfway into the house) - then none at all. Good luck - they truly are pests!
