Here is a site with some ideas:

Oh, my! How gorgeous! You must be tired of these glasses, or just have tons of them. The easiest thing would be to put real votive candles or battery-powered candles in these and display them by the dozen for decorating—especially on top of mirrors.
If you didn’t need that many yourself, these candle holders would make valued gifts.
If a church or civic group is having a Christmas bazaar, these would make an outstanding donation which the group could sell for their fundraising.
You could break a few of the pieces into a bag, then use clear and colored glass to glue on to a ball (bowling, soccer, styrofoam). Attach a hanger or place the ball on a pedestal—maybe even one of the other glasses!
Best wishes 😇
They will make beautiful candle holders / lamps.
If you are looking for a re-purpose for these glasses because you do not want to just throw them out, then I would suggest listing them on Kijiji or Criagslist under the category "wedding". Small pretty water holding containers are always in demand for bridal shower and wedding table flower decorations.
To have so many glasses that are similar to each other in color and shape will be an exciting treasure find for someone who is looking for attractive diy decorations on a limited budget. It would be a shame and a waste to try to remake the glasses into something they are not by painting them or by wrecking them another way.
Take the money that you make on the sale and use it towards a project that you really want to do, or to treat yourself.
My mom used to make candle holders out of snifters. She would put broken multicolored glass in them after putting in a votive candle holder into the glass. Once the broken glass is in she seals it in with glue. She then just popped in a candle in the votive candle holder. When lit it lit up the broken glass and was real pretty on tables. You could use a taper candle and put hot wax under it to hold the candle up.
Thanks everyone for your ideas. Greatly appreciated. 😊
Start with the biggest on the bottom and stack them on top of one another in a circle shape then medium and so froth till u have the smallest glasses on top put tea lights in the outer circle and you'll have a tea light Xmas tree !! I think it would look awesome !!
