This site says to use dish soap: http://homeguides.sfgate.com/kill-fungus-gnats-houseplants-dish-soap-87288.html
You can kill them whichever way you want, but if you don't repot your plants in new soil, rinse all soil of the roots and clean your pots with vinegar, you will keep getting them. Fungus gnats lay there eggs on the soil, and unless you get rid of the eggs and clean everything up they will return and keep procreating in your plants. Make sure that you don't over water you plants and allow the plants to get fungus, make sure you empty the pan under the plants if water is in their after you water.
You can make a soapy mixture of dishsoap and water. Mix that together and spray on your plants to kill the gnats
Get a jar or glass and put a piece of banana peel or apple in it and cover the top with plastic wrap. Then punch small holes in wrap. Just leave on counter in kitchen or bathroom and they will enter and not get out.
A you can also use apple cider vinegar
