What do you want to do with them? You can hide with fabric, mod podge them, use window film or clings, remove the mirror portions. All depends on your taste and budget.
You can paint them, use decorative window film on them, use liquid starch and fabric on them, and you can use frosting spray on them.... here's one I saved cause I love polka dots.... http://twolooniesandapenny.blogspot.com/2012/03/frosting-mirrored-closet-doors-2nd.html

Mirrors help expand a room. Why do you want to cover them?
You could etch a nice design on the glass to dress them up....or even paint over the mirrors completely to cover them up.
I would love to have at least one so I can see myself from top to bottom. But with that said how about frosting them but with a stencil. So that you create a design and choose to leave a portion opened to view yourself. Or if you have just had it with them then stencil in completely. I know that this site has it for Windows so search under Windows instead of glass doors. They look really elegant.
I don't want to cover them. I want to do something inexpensive on the glass.
I would use chalk paint that way you can leave notes on your doors is it a wipe off easier to keep clean and it doesn't make a glare in your bedroom like mirrors would have a great Christmas bye bye
Wasabi tape has colors and designs that could work for you. You could get a gold or silver and just have the tapes mounted about 3 inches from all sides and crossing at the corners. It is a simple design that makes a statement.
