Wash them inside out. Hang out off the sunlight. Wash in colour washing soap. This might preserve the colour better.
Wash them in cold water only to keep the color. Don't hang them outside to dry, the sun will fade them fast, if you don't want to put them in the dryer, hang them in the bathroom or laundry room. I have found going to cold water washing has preserved the color in a lot of my clothes.
Wash in cold water inside out and hang in shower to dry.

Several laundry detergent lines have special "dark color" formulas. I have never tried them, so unable to verify their results. Here is an example.

Yes wash in cold water after turning inside out. Throw them over a shower rod to dry inside so no bleaching from the sun. Also wash a little as possible.
This is what i do, before i wash dark clothes, I soak them for about 1/2 hour in about 1/2 cup vinegar, a couple of tsp. of salt and water. The salt helps set the dyes. Then wash inside out in cold water. Wishing you the best & Happy Holidays!
wash them inside out
Wash in dark wash laundry soap with cold water, but turn inside out first before washing. Never dry black clothing in the sun.
Wash them in cold water only.
