The first thing that came to my mind was peg board :) Here are some idea I found in google search!
Put up a shelf arrangement, you can use cloth bins to store some of the items that are larger, mason jars or some kind of clear containers you can purchase for smaller items that need containing. You can put some of your finished craft items interspersed with your supplies, along with any books or magazines that you use in your crafting for suggestions or instructions. You can stagger the shelves in any way you want to make it artistically pleasing for the craft room. You can that way incorporate all the different levels you would need to accommodate the different sizes of the things you need to store.

Shelving would be nice, can use vinyl covered metal or wood. Baskets can add to this with labels.
