Donate them to any churches that also offer 'Sunday School' classes for children.
maybe you can find an idea here

Cut out the picture (front) of the card with pinking shears to make a circle or rectangular card(s) and use the following year for "To" and "From" tags for your gifts. Sometimes you can get 2 To/From tags out of one card.
cut out the pictures you like and repurpose them into new cards, make a collage, frame what is special
Make your own Thank You cards for this year with cut out pieces and phrases from the Christmas cards. A whole “page” of a card can be folded in half to make a small card. Then be very thankful this year. Thank someone for her sweet smile in church, or for holding your door for you at work, or giving you good advice six years ago, or for being your sweetheart for fifty years.
If you had rather donate the cards, here are some possible giftees: a girl or Boy Scout troup, a Boys and Girls Club, an after school program at a school near You, a senior citizens’ center, a rehab center (of any kind), a day care center, an elementary school teacher, a Sunday School or Children’s Church crafts leader or teacher, a ladies’ organization for its Christmas crafts fair, a shut-in who would love your company or who just wants to keep busy cutting and pasting to make his own cards for next year on construction paper and with scissors and glue you provide. ☺️
I‘ve seen a coffee can that was wrapped all the way around with yarn once the top and bottom are removed and you slide the cards in each of the yarn to display all of them. Have fun with it!
Well i cut designs with them plus I also use them for dies and it just dresses up the cards.
Decoupage, collage, frame them...donate to a school...
Take the main pic to hospitals, or nursing homes. They make baskets out of these, and this is wonderful. They can always install diff cards and have them for all seasons. Great ideas for the teacher. I will suggest this to the teacher at our Sr's, also. J.
