Hi, I would like to know how to replace a toilet seat and how to remove the old one, it has rusted screws. I have tried baking soda and vinegar and WD40.

leave to soak in WD=40 overnight then try.........
Wd 40 will do the trick- good luck!
Slip 2000 will take care of that.
