I am looking for information on how to keep spiders away while sleeping using natural remedies?

Do'nt know of a spray .... but.. if you put conckers round you get loads less,in some places they disapere. Can put them in cupboards or if you have in door plants,in top of plant pot.or string them and hang them behind your curtains. If you are creative use them in your decore. Hope this as given you food for thought. Purple annx
I read this on the internet last summer. Spray some mint mouthwash. I bought the cheapest I could find and sprayed it full strength. I had to reapply after rain or every couple of weeks, but it seemed to work pretty well.
Put a drop of Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle, fill the rest of the bottle with water, shake, and spray the spiders

I have found that 15 to 20 drops of peppermint oil in a liter of water sprayed in areas you don't want spiders, works quite well. Spiders don't like the peppermint!
Peppermint oil mixed with some water. Spray and they are gone . Also leaves a nice fragrance in the room.
this is what I used this summer...worked great and smelled nice too
Yup. Peppermint oil. Great for ants too, and doesn't leave your home smelling like pesticides!!
use bay leaves , they chase ants, spiders and other tiny critters from inside your house.Outside use the peppermint oil spray.
I place a cotton ball or pad by each entry to the house and use peppermint oil. I also put in the windows and at the head of beds, one on each side, about 10-15 drops on each one. Using the same cotton, I re-apply peppermint oil every month. I find a few dead spiders at first, now nothing!! Good luck, all of these are great suggestions!!
If outdoors, Neem Oil. Bayer makes a spray in blue bottle you can find among bug sprays, but it's all natural oil from a tree, not toxic on skin or around pets. Doesn't smell so good, so use it outdoors. If indoors, Cedar. Cedar closet hangers can get expensive. Go to a store specializing in pet products and buy a bag of cedar chips to be used for bottom of pet cages. You can fill mesh bags or old stockings with them and hang them in closets, or in the basement and it will deter spiders.
I would not spray the spiders, they are a beneficial insect, eat aphids, flies , mosquitoes etc. just use vinegar fill strength, wipe down door , window sills , anywhere you dont want them to be. They will move to a better location....
I get mine at Sprouts Market. Some drug stores may carry it!! Wal Mart may even have it with their candle products?
Hello everyone, I want to thank you for all your input , I now have a few to try thank you so much!
