About the cheapest way I know of is get you a board however long you like it to be somewhere between 4”-6” wife or larger and get you some wooden dowls and drill holes in your board at a 30-45 degree angle to pound your dowls into the holes to hang your coats on. You could use dowls for your keys as well or buy some small hooks that will screw into your board too! It shouldn’t be too expensive
1 board of choice 2 picture hangers and 4-5 plastic screw in coat hooks. 4-5 cup hooks for keys.
An old dresser drawer front with knob type pulls works great. You can change out the knobs to suit your design style.
