How can I smooth this bathroom wall ??

    Try sanding the rough spots, it looks like it was from replacing that small section but whoever did it didn't sand down the rough spots.

    Hi there, sheetrock mud would do the trick, you can buy a little container of it really inexpensively (its called Joint Compound), smooth it on there and then sand it down before repainting it.

    Have it re-plastered or Stick a piece of Hardboard or thin mdf on it and decorate over it.

    Use a sanding sponge to smooth it out. Sandpaper may take of too much off in such a small area if your not careful. If there are any low spots after sanding you can fill them in with no shrink drywall patching compound. Once dry you can lightly sand to smooth it out. Prime and touch up paint.
