I have been looking for a long time for an easy and clean solution to store all my plastic bags. I used to store them inside my cupboard but I did not like the mess it made.
Sooo I was inspired by Ariel and her post and decided to try it myself for my very first DIY
All you need is an empty soda bottle, a knife (or a box cutter), a marker, a ruler and some paint
After cleaning your empty bottle from its soda, mark with the marker a line a the top of the bottle, and do the same at the bottom. These marks will help you cut your bottle straight.
With the knife (or the box cutter), cut the bottle along the lines. Be very careful not to cut yourself
Now, paint your bottle :)
You can choose any color, just do it as you like !
When the paint is dry (about 1 hour ) , write or put anything you want on your bottle . Just make it fun
And now , last step : attach a removable Command strip to the back of you bottle and stick it wherever you want .
I chose to stick my bottle on the door of my cupboard .
This is so convenient , now I don't have to look for my plastic bags, I can grab them as soon as I need them !
Enjoyed the project?
